Husband and wife team Ken and Brenda Gilbert are the Directors of SAMS and first started in Lettings in 1987 so we have a wealth of experience in the Lettings business and are 100% lettings focused. Being Plymouth born and bred we have a great knowledge of the area and use this to help advise landlords going into the property buy-to-let market. Also, being hands on shows we are still passionate about the business and we have a great common sense old fashioned work ethic. It’s all pretty straightforward really, we do what we say we’re going to do when we say we’re going to do it which is pretty hard to find these days!. Those who know us well realise we’re a no nonsense Company who talks straight and has sensible pricing, both for landlords and tenants alike and our reputation is one of fairness. A lot of our work comes from referrals which is the biggest compliment you can get. We find a lot of other Agents target us as they can’t live up to the standards we set and we say we are often imitated, but never duplicated!
